Amazon approves

Hey, I just got an e-mail saying that I am approved for Amazon’s associate’s program. I wonder – what kind of people could be possibly turned down? It’s not like Amazon needs more backlinks, it’s more like they sell so much stuff that I cannot imagine anyone posing a real threat… Really, what’s all this BS about approving is about?
